i can't believe i haven't written about the etsy shop that j.lee started yet. it's called ccarousel. so far, it's stocked with jewelry that j.lee has created but she means for it to be a place for both her and her friends to sell so...ahem...hopefully i'll be adding to it in the next few months once i get my act together. meanwhile, take a look at jinnie's jewelry! the death rosary is of course, my fav, as i've written about before. you can check out j.lee's blog as well, illuminating strangeness, which i personally enjoy very, very much.

motifs from a silk-screened 1950's tea towel that i bought at the jersey shore (yes! the jersey shore! only it is from Long Beach Island which is sadly lacking in guidos and guidettes and brimming over the edge with yuppies) at a little gem of a shop called Wizard of Odds. life doesn't get any better than a silk-screen from the 50's.
